The F-15IA sounds extremely odd, since, unlike the AESA Typhoon, it exists only on paper; there aren’t even any testbeds for it. It would be more likely to see the F-15SG, along with a counterpart in the US tree in the form of the F-15E (RMP).

That is an objective fact. Even the F-15I+ does not exist yet. So, there are no other options besides the Singaporean one.
