It was!
The first MBT-generous update since December 2023…
For all these 2 years, it’s been all jets, jets, jets, jets, and more jets…
This update, 4, nations got new Top Tier MBTs; one can only hope that, the next update, some of the remaining 6 nations will get too!
Hell, Russia could even get a 2020s BVM or even an Armata at this point. Also hoping for Leclerc XLR, Leopard 2A8 or at least 2A7A1, 2A6A3 mod for 2A6, etc.
More bug fixes and accuracy/modelling issues could be brought to the table too, specially regarding the Merkavas, Leclercs, Challengers, Type 10s and Chinese MBTs.
It’s only reasonable to ask for this after 2+ full years of jet spam.

Unfortunately on the ground front, release timings aren’t always consistent
For example the first 3-vehicle pack was added in dec 2024, but so far only 4 vehicles have gotten new ones
Likewise France is the only tree to not get a domestically designed tank VII premium vehicle, while the first were added over 5 years ago
I don’t think Vextra (France’s first stabilized 105mm armored car) was added until 5 years after the Centauro got added

With these new WiP blogs will this effect the amount of sneak peaks we will see in the Community Updates going forward?

Those generally focus on new features and other items more than vehicles. So it wont change much there. Of course there will still be a few teases or mentions where possible.
Oh some quality stuff for today, hoping this will cheer me up from having a torture session of chair yuga which is beneath me

With these two sneak peeks I’m really looking forward to this next update.
Unlikely to top the last update as only one thing can do that for me but is looking to me the primary runner up.

We need a teased Foxhound after.
Why gaijin changed their mind and teasing trought the weeks, in my opinion its a great way to increase the interest and lower the frustration of waiting i guess, but what is the idea behind it?

Another vehicle I can use to challenge British mains to proof their supposed superiority in skill that I always see claimed online.
Would instantly make this update my favourite of the year.
Tho I’d doubt there’d be a teaser blog for what is a heavier 2A6. There are a few other things going for it iirc, but nothing overhualing it’s gameplay from the base iirc.

Also they have teams for different aspects of War Thunder. I doubt the same team working on Inf is also working on NE so
