It’s just the 1 spawn each but you have to lob shells over the centre. Might be the one map without direct line of sight into the spawns.

The latest major update finally added 14.3 aircraft (air realistic) for the remaining nations filling the remaining gaps, until 14.7 was introduced leaving several nations without a top br air vehicle yet again.
Should priority for air dev team be to fill the 14.7 gaps?
