Just to clarify I’m not biased against China, it was only an analogy for my argument. Apart from the most recent top tier additions all of my air tech trees have been grinded out for a long time.
If they’re going that way, I have a feeling they’d do something similar to the Yak-141 and make it researchable. I mean it would be one of the only domestically produced aircraft the tree could get after all, other than the Kfir series and IAI Arava.
Didn’t have them, weren’t around in the IAF until the late 2000s for excess stockpile and training purposes. The suggestion for the Lavi is wrong in that regard. Python 3s would be the best missile the Lavi could get, with the Aim-9L and even the Aim-9G being other lower options it was seen using.
