HARM is faster, better range, and with later versions has ways to hit even without emissions. It would also be very easy to intercept loitering ALARM

Range is irrelevant given the map sizes. Both will be usable at the max ranges you can realistically actually achieve in-game in GRB. In other gamemodes, its not really gunna make that much difference iether and who cares about killing Ai.

Not without switiching the radar back on, and if you’ve got 9 coming straight down onto you, some would probably struggle to deal with that (Like the CLAWS only has 8 missiles, so 1 is getting through) , if nothing else, if combined with a second CAS aircraft, you are going to have a hell of a time defending, all whilst draining missiles and thats just figuring at 13.0.
ALARM could be present vs 11.7 stuff too. Im not sure what an ADATS or even a Pantsir would do vs 9x ALARM

from what i’ve googled, it seems they are
so Japan would be able to get the following through Indonesia:
- J-10
- JF-17
- Su-35
- Rafale
and they can also get the Gripen E through Thailand
seems like it was worth it, to get the F-2A ADTW

Saab has today signed a contract with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) and received an order for four Gripen E/F fighter aircraft from FMV for the Kingdom of Thailand. The order value is approximately SEK 5.3 billion and deliveries will take place 2025-2030 - Source.

refurbished J-10Bs. The reason why is because the gov wanted it fast, and we cant get fast if we’re getting the new production model, so its most likely just going to be second-hand J-10B models
TH-ID-MY has quite a lot of decent/good options for throughout the ranks (ground, air & naval), not just for top tier
Cavalier Mustang, OV-10F, Invader with 75mm, etc. Its good but i still think China has the better “future” options considering how many stuff is still missing
Most likely Iran, the deal was just signed in 2025 so its a bit unlikely for us to immediately have it. Some commenters mentioned that it doesnt have the IFF on the leading edge wing so its possible that its ours since we keep trying to cheap out on the Sukhois (lmao) but i still think its unlikely

Arent the IRGC and iranians generally staunch believers in full technology transfers? Which the russians arent interested in at all
no these are the india that wanted the tech transfers with su57 program. i never heard of iran demanding tech transfer.
Wait what Indonesia purchases JF-17?
Also I dont think both J-10 and JF-17 going to be added to Japan tree without getting outraged by Mainland (hint hint VT-4).
I mean it make sense since the JF-17 is like an Asian version of the Gripen iirc and that could replace their F-16’s
