I wonder if it could run some emulators. Download Yuzu and a Mario Kart 8 ROM and see if it runs. As a side experiment see if Nintendo sues you at the same time.

F-104 needs it a lot, especially Italian late variants since they can get to EC maps. Idk why Gaijin is sleeping on this.
Speaking of the B7A, do you know if the Devs have at all had time to look at the reports about the in-game B7As being incorrectly designated since the report was passed two years ago or so?
Additionally, have the Devs ruled out a Tech Tree version of the Ki-48, or is there still a chance one might pop up?
