your missing the point of all of this. I want a fast FPS shooter but also I want to chose what vic I used not be limited due to reasons that are beyond my control
Played both. Bf 1 and 2042 and even the 6.
I enjoy realistic.
Then what are you complaining about then if you want more realism than 2042 you’ll get them in War Thunder.

I did not complain. I was just saying that ww2 infantry is a bad idea.
Well wasn’t the whole point in War Thunder was to have a vehicle based game where you can smash up line ups, not so you can run around and play toy shoulders ?

use your panzerfaust 3 against a bradley instead. If it has busk you’re screwed tho.

I dont know man. I really wouldn’t want to see modern Infantry.
Imagine just running around and getting barraged by cluster munitions (which have been datamined) and JDAM’s (which have X blast range).
Or they have to limit additions, or it would become a mess.
And knowing the community… i wouldnt be surprised when there are tons of people asking for cluster munitions.

I feel like this specifically is where War Thunder can shine compared to pretty much any other game. Unlike other games that usually focus on one conflict or a selection of them, War Thunder goes by adding the historically relevant tech from the available nations and puts them up against each other purely based on performance.
In theory that means there’s essentially no limit of what could eventually be added, with equipment from different times or nations that might be rare or even never before seen in a video game.
The only weird part to me is why Enlisted wasn’t that already. Considering how different vehicles will be in an infantry mode anyways it’s a bit unexpected to still see them added to the main game.
