I know, it was where I got the number from. A big reason why I like the new wiki is how easy it is to pull up oproator nation lists.
@quartas121 READ FOR THE LOVE OF GOD READ
We would like to draw attention to the fact that the F/A-18E Super Hornet and other jets for USA, USSR, China and Sweden that are coming in Line of Contact means there are four vehicles at rank VIII vertically for these nations, which is something we said we would not do. This will only be temporary as we would like to confirm that in early 2026 we’ll be introducing rank IX for aircraft, which aims to solve this problem by moving some rank VIII aircraft to rank IX along with some economic changes. However, until then, you can still use aircraft at rank VII to effectively research the new top-tier jets released in the Line of Contact major update. Stay tuned for more news coming in the next few months!
In gaijin terms the US don’t have room for the commonwealth Hornets
if you are saying that they couldnt add all of them to the US, first of all consider how many are functionally identical or very similar to the US ones (and can be skipped), then take a look at folders, squadron vehicles, event vehicles, and premiums.
I’m not the one saying it, it’s gaijin own wording
There is quite a bit more than that, between everything.
Tankfully the few areas where the Aussie/ANZACs are notable are where Canada needs help. Hence why a combined tree or, at worst, ANZACs being a sub-tree for Canada is looking to be the most feasible idea outside a sub-tree rework.
hull still US. but they couldve added a US AA instead. or just reduce a2a plane costs
there wasnt really a balancing reason to add either the F-111C or hornets to the UK. british top tier air was and is strong. they already had an 11.7 supersonic swing wing strike aircraft

"USA, USSR, China and Sweden that are coming in Line of Contact means there are four vehicles at rank VIII vertically for these nations, which is something we said we would not do. "
what does that have to do with adding hornets to the UK
speaking for yourself i see
Please refer back to this:
Didn’t mean for a discussion of the LAV-25 to devolve into this, so I will finish by saying:
When LAV-25 is added, it goes to all its operators (as additions should go) and the Canadian version should be named something else (LAV-ll?) for historical accuracy. Where Gaijin decides to put it after this, is beyond anyone’s control.
only the US is ingame as a tree or subtree for it so it would just end up in the US ideally like 2A4M to Germany
" four vehicles at rank VIII vertically for these nations, which is something we said we would not do."

Meaning no room for these

they could just not add them which is fine or throw them in a folder (which doesnt count for vertical space) or sqv/event
The US would already be getting an LAV-25, and the US also DOES NOT need a sub tree. Canada operates LAV-25’s (under a different name), so then, it’s wherever Gaijin decides to put it.
Why add US exports to the main tree ???
Name me one non US tech inside the US research tech tree
it wouldnt be getting one, Canada isnt a German subtree
like stuff that wasnt in service with USA military?
YES.
m
to be fair canada and australia shouldnt even be added other than camouflages
as spaming tech in other trees just ruins uniqueness
