Yup, as usual all work goes to top tier (most of all top tier air) and the rest is left to rot. Nothing unusual here
it is. 13.0 is unplayable due to the new su30 premium for china in combination with the Venezuelan one

Really anything that isnt 13.3 is pretty screwed against them.
I guess there are good sides to not playing top tier. The ranks I play are rotting but at least they’re not thrown into madness after every major
