This was not decided by the QA/Tech Mod teams, but this was the decision taken by the developers.
what reasoning did they allow the SU47 in even though it supposedly never had arms

It 's not:
Yak-141 is an unfinished prototype, meaning that while the Yak-141 prototype was incomplete (in this case unarmed), it is added zhe way a finished Yak-141 was intended to be.
Su-47 and EAP aren’t prototypes of a combat aircraft, but standalone demonstrators. So in this sense they are complete, just not armed, meaning they couldn’t be added.
Or at least that was the exanation before the Su-47 got “guessed”

Something being suggested however does not mean it will be added.
does this mean stol MTD is on table ?
i guarntee you in a 1 on 1 this will not loose against the SU-47

Im not sure why everyone is getting so excited over a suggestion topic being passed. This happens every month and is not an indication that something will come to the game. It just means its been passed for consideration.

i mean if they do it as accurately as possible to IRL and up hold a standard for all vehicles within reason i dont mind

It was a demonstrator too iirc, with no intended service version, so for it to be on the table it’d need to be armed. (Unless we get Su-47, then I guess what matters is if it maybe could be armed, intended or not)
But if it was I’m all for it, the US tree could use many more of their more experimental aircraft to balance out the heavy exports found in other trees.

Hell the MATV flew with sidewinders so it’s not too far a stretch. (Although dummy missiles by the looks of it it’s still more than the Su-47 ever had).
