11.7 with 9P3 would make this thing competitive
I mean it also could carry AIM-120 so it will be far from 11.7.
Yeah if it gets 120s it will automatically be 13.3/13.7. With something like 9L/M only i can see it at 12.7 or 13.0 but no lower than that.
I can’t see it being added with sidewinders only since it would be limited to just 2 of them. Also the fact that the whole idea of the XL was to have an F-16 but could carry a lot of ground ordinance whilst also not sacrificing air-to-air armament (paraphrasing here but you get the point) would make it weird for it to come with a gimped air-to-air loadout.
It could carry the entire F-16A air-to-air loadout and effectively its air-to-ground loadout at the same time. Not specific weapons but more-so the quantity as I think the XL was only tested with AIM-9’s, AIM-120’s, AGM-65’s and 500lbs bombs so it would mean no GBU’s or JDAM’s. Although supposedly it did have a mount for LANTIRN pod under the chin but I don’t think it ever flew with it.

which Block is it based on?
Unsure but IIRC they were converted from F-16A’s which would make it a Block 1/5/10/15. Although looking at the dates and the armament my guess would be a Block 15.

Yup, my bet is 13.7, hopefully tech tree above the F-15E.
If you want a better F-16, the only option is later blocks of the basic F-16s

I think maybe 13.3 actually since air-to-air wise it will have the same capabilities as the F-16ADF but with 2 less AIM-120’s.

That’s what it looks like. I can’t find anything showing AMRAAMs on the wingtip pylons.
The belly had 4 recessed rails specifically for the AMRAAMs.
Although it might be possible so long as they didn’t modify the rail but only sidewinders have been seen on the wingtips so without anything concrete my guess is Gaijin will only go for the 4 AMRAAMs.
