but lets be real here, a polish tech tree wont happen, for high tier it dosent have anything that would it make unique and for low tier, its simply not where the money is for gaijin

Yep, if even India doesn’t interest them despite all the premiums that could sell, Poland has definitely no hope
Poland does have some very interesting developments for ground vehicles going into at least high enough tiers to be part of top tier lineups.
Not sure about aircraft, the highest one I could think of would be something like a Lim-6, but only because I don’t know my polish aircraft well enough and am not sure if the PZL-230 got far enough to be considered an unfinished prototype. But even then it’s common to see Poland + Czechoslovakia suggested, even in the old leak about a supposed polish tree, so that would add some more options like the L-159s.
Poland is probably one of the most interesting trees the game has left, in part because the way to top tier (the part that most players will experience) is going to be very interesting rather than just having some new stuff at the very end.

and that’s comes into your second point of top tier not being unique, so by that statement then C&P sells ? Since top tier is where you claim the real money is and as we all know top tier is the most heavy place for C&P stuff so by that statement C&P sells

Unless they make maps really huge, 5th gen won’t be that meta so 4.5th gen with latest weapons might be equivalent. So european nations also have a chance
