The ROC army flag is not selectable because you’re only supposed to be able to select the flags of nations, not army or navy flags.
This is why I intend at some point to make a suggestion about replacing the ROC army flag with the flag of the ROC.

Those are all the active operator nations in battle. Every single flag there, someone is playing a vehicle; those nations are the operator
Ex. I played my UK GRB 5.3. Said line up has a Canadian and Aussie vehicle. When I played the Aussie one, the Australian flag showed up on the leaderboard, when I switched to the Canadian one, it was changed to the Canadian flag
