aim120 c-5 definitely is a hard counter to mig25 rn so i dont think it should have to face them. Aim120a/b i think would be fine depending on the platforms it faces. Like at 12.3 it could see aim120 on the viggen, the phantom, the f16a, f16d and the tornado. It can see pl-12 on the J8 and the r77 on the J11a, 29smt and su30 premium. Which seems fair enough depending on how maneuverable they model the R40rd/td. The R40rd should be able to out range the R77 and derby, about breaking even with aim120/pl12.

13.0 is Min for it to be relatively commonly defeated
11.0 is what it can at best Fight reliably
this is the problem, it doesnt have the weaponry to fight stuff that can fight back
its Unbalancable and thus not really fit for the game, just like Maus was when it still was TT

Which is why Id pick 12.0 minimum for it.

Depends on exact weapons fit and how they are modeled, but yes, Id place it either at 12.0 or 12.3
why? the MiG-23M already has all of those features at 11.0 while being much more maneuverable and faster at 0-13km

Nah, 11.0 sounds fine to me. Wouldn’t want it any lower than that based on what it would encounter in a full downtier.
