They pull close to 15g but they accelerate like the fakour 90 unless i’m mistaken. They also have a massive warhead compared to most A2a missiles. moreover, it gets R60m, I don’t see that lower than 10.7 on a supersonic airframe. They could give it regular r60 only i suppose, but even then I still say its better than the mig21 because its so much faster at alt and on the deck, if they do give it countermeasures which i personally believe to be likely.

Is there any chance of the removed Sm.79/SB 2m/AR2 variants either returning to the Soviet/Italian tree with the reworked folders/ as a gift vehicle like HMS Churchill recently returned (albeit different circumstances)?

The PD variant does actually get countermeasures. It get’s 2 pods mounted ontop of the wings above one of the wing pylons as seen here:

I don’t remember when the kfir c10 event started last year, but I’m guessing the mig25 one will start a week or so later?
Thats the variant that was leaked tho… If F5c can get CM pulled out of its rear, so can the mig 25.
No I mean most pd mig 25s irl did not use cms. Only ones that were modified later on in life did
Since they’ve been seen with them then they can receive them in-game. Doesn’t even matter which nation they were in service (which doesn’t apply in this case) with so long as the variant has been seen with them then it’s open to get them.

This thing isn’t coming anytime soon, unfortunately. Even the biggest map we have would only be a playground for the MiG-31. Even with R33, it could guide several SARHS; it’s practically the king of BVR defenses, a flying S400 Prometheus.
I mean if they add aim174, pl15, meteor, ect. I think It could come to the game relatively soon. Especially since ARMs were confirmed and its one of Russia’s premier SEAD planes.
Literally, it doesn’t accelerate well, so it won’t do BVR very well. I don’t know about the radar; I didn’t get the F-18 in Germany because I’m lazy. The payload is good, and it’s good in dogfights; it’s practically mid in everything else.

Considering December’s calendar… it’s very likely.
If they hold it another week, they’d only have one week of dev server before the pre release week gap and xmas, and that doesn’t sound like Gaijin’s timings for a major.
