nah knowing gaijin will get 5th gens with out stealth properly implemented yet or radars being able to detect them immediately do to buggy code and it will take them half a year to accept the bug report.

Should come foldered with the F/A-18E I think. The same could be done with other twin seat versions as well like the F-16D foldered with the C, F-15D with the MSIP 2 etc.
idk if ARM will be that meta. Good for probing an area for SAMs but all it takes to defeat them is turning off your radar and they dont have the explosive mass to splash the SAMs with INS and GNSS guidance
you genuinely think the average sam player will think to turn their radar off?
to be fair what’s the point of two seaters in war thunder, they are actively worse than their one seater variants due to us not getting the benefits of a second pilot anyways.

your not wrong, however theirs ir and mmw weapons that would be more effective at the job over the next few updates.

Honestly they could just not implement stealth at all bc at the ranges we fight at its useless either way. But what do i know, maybe the new “aerial warefare” mode has sth surprising in store for us

Because they look cool? They do actually get 1 benefit though, they can survive a pilot snipe since both have controls so if one gets killed you can still fly.
Also they could be given voice lines like Jester in DCS where they call out targets and such.
Would be nice for sim atleast.

to be fair we would get the F22 first if anything and I’m 90% sure that doesn’t carry ground ordinance but don’t hold me to that

the looking cools definitely a personal opinion the single seat f15 and 18 look so much better than their dual seat versions but I get where your coming from, if they implement that guys suggestions similar to DCS I would definitely grind the like 200K for the foldered variant sim would be so cool with it.
