Steel flexes quite a bit when you force a projectile through it. Regardless of size. Even rifles have the same issue. The only way to really deal with it is to reduce ROF, design a killer muzzle brake, or to build a thicker barrel.

HQ-11 may be quite interesting. Can they give us the gun on a separate vehicle along side missile vehicles. That will be hell a lot of fun shooting out 200 rounds a second.

yeah it needs to be added, its just as big an upgrade as the j10a to 10c. Better engine, more missiles and a better radar. No need for EW & next gen missiles. (Unless pl-15 and pl-10 is added which are just temu meteor and temu iris-t).

I think he’s saying that people think the gun is bad so that must mean the tank is bad but in his opinion the tank is still good just that some guns are bad, i think.

yeah, but some like to say this is trash without trying it or giving at a chance, same happen with the f15 ge, clown on it so much, poor f15
I think its a very effective machine, just that you can 100% tell the strat was just throw more at the wall and hopefully something hits. Its still effectively immune to autocannons frontally, which is saying quite a bit with how good 30mm APFSDS is getting.
If they make any more M8’s event vehicles I will crash out. I just don’t see the appeal to the M10 being added. It weighs a lot, no autoloader, no APS of any sorts, as far as I’m aware, no information on its armor. It’s just gonna be added as a hack job. The XM1302/BAE M8 on the other hand, was pretty much an M8 but with updated systems, access to both soft and hard kill APS, was faster, and weighed far less.

Not a single person in this thread said that the vehicle will be bad. Its guns just might not be as accurate at medium to long ranges.
