In every video i’ve seen where both guns are being fired, they alternate, probably for cooling reasons. Idk if they can be fired simultaneously but I have yet to see it. They also have the same ROF limiter the BPM2 has on its 2a42, so it can reduce the fire rate of both guns for accuracy at range but it still struggles.
I have been trying to find a video of the BMPT firing from both guns at the same time. To say the least there isnt a lot. And every video that claims to show it is grainy and low quality as can be

I agree, I have all the more unique Finish vehicles (Pyörremyrsky and VL Myrsky), and they should have definitely been TT.
one thing for sure is the q&a last december year, they confirm they will work more on light ifv russina who we know as we see it with bmd2m4 and btr80t, high chance the bmpt will come

Well I’m pretty sure the barrel is even thinner on the 2a72 because the main goal for that project was to save weight.
