Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion

eh well strap a cheap commercial one to the cannon and call it a day

It didnt (I think) when it entered service but was in service for 30 years with Britain and 50 years with India. So it might have gotten the upgrade?

But someone else will be more knowledgable than me. @AblativeKitten might know?

Oh god, I never thought about that

How would you even kill that reliably?

I mean, that’s a 105mm, not a 155mm, so it would be significantly less problematic, even if it did have a LRF

.50 cal or heavier

for HE 30mm+

Really killing that should be the easiest job in the game

True, AS-90 then?

When they are exposed, sure, but when the hull is covered?

the turret doesnt look like its particularly well armoured

it has the Same gun as PzH2000 so I assume it wont be able to do too much Indirect fire so literally just aim at the thing and I guarantee youll hit something critical

The turret is unmanned tho

AGS at 8.0? Sounds fine to me. Surely wont be thaaaat OP

/s

theres still ammo and an autoloader in there

AGS has a turret narrower than the shell Im shooting at it

RCH155 has a Turret the Width of the entire Boxer, Thats literally a Barn gate to hit

Like you Literally CANNOT Miss this Skyscraper

Eh, I guess it’ll be easy to disable at least

I dont know about its Layout (likely Secret) but I assume youll easily hit the ammo too

After all its meant for service 30+km behind the Frontlines

The boxer platform is friggin yuge!

well its an armoured bus that now does other things too

what did you expect?

The thing about the ammo is that I don’t think ammo racking it would necessarily kill it in game (even if it probably should lol)

Still, sometimes disabling a vehicle will have to be enough, I suppose

Man what a debate I missed out on.

Both Poland and Korea would/will be great independent tech trees.

Poland has a lot of interesting interwar aviation and tank developments, plus some unique aircraft during the Cold War period too. Their modern stuff is mostly exports, but unique modifications of export vehicles, which I would say still counts. Poland, if combined with Eastern European support nations, would also have the potential for a coastal and bluewater navy all the way to Rank VI.

Korea’s air tree will be mostly copy/paste until the very end of the line. However, there are lots of indigenous ground vehicles from both ROK and DPRK. It would be a varied and unique ground tree.
