It all depends on why you need a new tank for the USSR:

If you need a tank for an event, you can add anything, but the market price will be high.

If you need a tank for the research tree, things are more complicated, as there are two options:

A new tank – the T-80BVM-2023 (with a -25 km/h reverse speed), the T-90M (with an unconfirmed -15 km/h reverse speed), or something that will never be added (the T-14).

Experimental tanks on an old chassis – had a number of drawbacks: weak thermal imaging systems, outdated explosive reactive armor, and an outdated chassis, resulting in a slow reverse speed. This made them unsuitable for combat against the Leopard 2A7.

Experimental tanks “Improvement-88” - These are approximately 3-4 tanks, which, although they will not have a new thermal imager, will have a completely new chassis and powerful guns with new shells, which will allow them to chase kittens.
Nah probably should be TT or something, it’s not like they have much more that would actually provide an improvement over what they have now.

It seems that there was no good faith intention of modeling the Aster-30 missile accurately since while it is underperforming in many aspects, it couldn’t even do certain things like 100km launch range that’s claimed on the statcard.
Seems like NovA29 is wrapping up the Atlas Impala Mk II as it’s in his game now, I wonder if this will be the next air event vehicle after the tank.

I both hope it is and it is not, given that the Impala is the South African version I want it because its cool and SAAF but also I dont want it because I want my strikemaster coupon to continue to zoomies in value xD

its basically a straight upgrade to the T-80BVM and not a mediocre sidegrade like the T-90M is
God they do a fantastic job making the models, but I’m hoping more for the OV-10 they made a while ago to show up in-game.

dont worry i am sure it will be fixed when they add ARMs and make all the new SAMs irrelevant because the maps are to small as is for them already.

I hope we get at least Italian MB-326K in the regular tree, but not only as event or premium vehicle.
Btw K version can come in two variants (without consideration of export) RS-24 and RS-25, with a difference in engine power.

I think the T58 had a crane of some sort that lifted the shells from the ammo racks to the autoloader. Maybe thats the auto loader for the auto loader… not sure
