(There’s basically two version of the Hawk 200: with in board 25mm guns or with radar. You can have one but not the other)

I was looking more forward to a Hawk that could go to 3 plus nations which would fill vital gaps but the 200 is definitely neat, just a shame its not one of the earlier models.

It actually can carry both the internal guns and radar at the same time. What I think you are thinking of is the FLIR camera which cannot be used with the radar since they require different nose cones.
It can either take the radar for guiding Skyflashes / AMRAAMs or take the FLIR in the nose as part of its night attack package.

Why add F15C instead of F15EX?
Because 15ex is major power creep and would have to come with its counter parts (although Rafael already exists so who cares atp)

I wonder, back in the day devs managed to add whole new (ground) tech trees in a matter of around a year, but now they add 2 tanks + 4 C&P and call it a day. What the hell happened?
