From what has been shown, SU-30MK2 is closer to the 13.7 SU-27SM (if not slightly worse) than the 14.3 SU-30SM.
So it still applies- this is NOT a “Pay to win”.
Pay to win would be if it were better than the tech tree counterpart, which it is not.

reload has always been used as a balancing mechanic nothing really different here (people already pointed out that some russian autoloaders with the buff would be overperforming but again its for balance)

A properly implemented SEPv3 has been long overdue ever since the 2A7s started coming… but I doubt it will be coming anytime soon- and if it does, it will be an artificially nerfed and bastardized version, just like they did with SEPv2.
