Most F-15 and 14 kills happened in the air forces of smaller countries with far less support the the USAF. So this doesn’t really hold up

You mean the McDonnel Douglas Harrier II which came before the Bae harrier 2?
And the BAE Harrier 1 came before the BAE/McDonnel Douglas modified/upgraded version. The American Harrier IIs still use British built parts, like the engines.
By your logic. AV-8A, AV-8C, AV-8B (NA) and AV-8B+ in the US TT should be in the British TT as they are all Harriers

Harrier 2 is not the same as a Harrier 1. By your logic the F-35 can be lumped in as the same type as a P-38.
Anyways. The AV-8A and C for the countless American aircraft in other trees isn’t a bad trade

I didnt realise the F-35 was just an upgraded version of a twin engine WW2 prop aircraft.

So the Lightning 2 uses the same general airframe layout, same engine, same VTOL system, large parts of the same wing, etc etc as the P-38?

Are you saying the Harrier 2 is a 100% American design? Despite using Rolls Royce Engines made in the UK, the exact same VTOL system and RCS system. Same intake fans, etc etc etc. Its still a Harrier.
It was a joint project which is why the US should get US variants and UK can have their variants of the Harrier 2
