The problem is that the XM8 should have never been an event vehicle. It should have come as a TT vehicle while the other stuff from the program were event vehicles
Fair, again i have been a firm believer that the Finnish TT is wasted potential from the beginning and trust me Smin and i argue nearly every patch over stuff, like why Sweden still lacks proper low and mid BR SPAA that isn’t just a TD. Ect ect
Ill change my stance on Slopland once gaijin bother to put any effort into it for once.
I’m just trying to find the positives in the pile of mid.
While Benelux air was so-so, but ground is extremely grim, same with Hungary. India and Romania are tragic
I’d guess some vehicles would have licensing issues but literally every subtree needed more time to be fleshed out.
Trust me i would say other TT sub nations were bad but gaijin actually filled a lot of gaps with them unlike Finland which is my main gripe. Not every gap was filled but far more was done with them over Finland. Hungary ground is a decent example but they screwed up air by being 100% copy paste, but id be lying if i said Hungary air didn’t add vital vehicles throughout Italys air tree.
pray that they accept the 3 pylons under the belly , as of now i don’t think its in service. only mockups/renders exist.
edit : nvm it looks like these could also be mock ups (cus these pics were taken before the first flight of gripen E)
found a pic with a gripen e carrying 2 meteors under its belly irl
ig we just need to find a pic with the middle belly pylon.
Imo the “Aircraft that Sting” is almost certainly the F89 Scorpion. If it were the Super Hornet they would more than likely use it’s other name, Rhino.
Tbh at its current state Thailand doesnt fill much up but it does help reinforce Japan 7.X, 9.X, and 11.X
Yeah I think a lot of people are justifiably critical about the amount of copy and paste in the sub trees so far, but it’s also important to keep in mind that they really have created viable lineups at a variety of BRs that didn’t have them before.
where is the leak ?
Stingray is likely to come at 9.3 for both US and Japan (Thailand), given that it has worse protection than the XM8, and somewhat worse firepower thanks to no autoloader
I think some they did create viable lineups but Finland only bolstered existing lineups whoch didn’t need assistance instead of fixing lacking lineups.
3.7 did exist before they sent the T34 to 4.0 which only has TD’s…
Charioteer and T34-85 were good, Cromwell and PT were okay.
T54 worthless
T55M was good, at 9.0 its okay, T72 is alright.
Leo Marksman is now by itself and only good as a TD so meh fails to fix the SPAA gap.
Leo2a4 and 2a6 were pointless additions that devalued Germany while also going to lineups that already were stacked
Does look kinda like the VFM5 to me. So 9.3 to 9.7 depending on exact shell I guess
Visually similar but kinda worse in a few aspects. No access to DM33 equivilent ammo and no autoloader
XM8 should never have been non-TT… Or rather M8 Buford (the reason for moaning shouldn’t have been there in the first place).
All other coulda been premium/event (CCVL, Teledyne etc) … plus there’s so many US LT still left to be non-TT, like Stingray II, XM8-120, XM8 Thunderbolt, XM1302 MPF, T49 LT, M41+Stingray turret etc …
It is actually in service, Brazil has had it for some years now and Sweden has to my knowledge not officially started operating it but should have a few of them in stock. One with tail number 6012 has been seen (as well as the three first that are test planes, Brazil has 6001, Sweden has 6002 and 6003) ( https://www.jetphotos.com/aircraft/Saab+JAS-39E+Gripen ) so i wonder how many others they have not shown and if the numbering is consistent.
I’m also pretty sure those images are of the early NG and not the E due to the lack of the MAWS sensors (small “boxes” just in front of the canards).

Looks at centre line A2G pylon for the Gripen C
Well, here’s hoping
@Smin1080p_WT With the US also recieving a Stingray due to the design and manufacturing company being a US one, does that also mean Germany will be getting a KF-41, given the designer and manufacturer Rheinmetall is a German company? Its not like its been 2 years since the introduction of the KF-41 to the game or anything.
Dude what? A 2016 tank? Nah, quit the copium
kf41 moment again
Also Begleitpanzer for Sweden lol
