You can say whatever you like but the fact of the matter is you won’t see niche slavic/eastern European tech trees as stand alone nations because they’re not profitable.
Ah darn, understandable. I hope it eventually gets added (along with the Mirage IIING and AV-8B DA), as I’d then have my 10 favorite planes in-game :D

Hey Smin any idea why we haven’t seen a Rafale F.1 before the F.3R? It still blows my mind that we have the F.3R (which is very criticized for being an absolute powerhouse) but not even the early one

Typhoon should have been this amazing addition and yet. It came with a radar that didnt work. It only got fixed a few weeks ago. Thats 8 months.
Tonkas, took more than 18 months to get half decent. They still have a load of problems
Harriers… Where do I even begin. 2 major updates ago, they started to replace the SHar HUD with its historical version. It was massively unfinished, with notable bugs and issues… and we are still waiting for them to finish it. This is after waiting 2 years? for it to be fixed already and that is just one issue, on one harrier. They ahve dozens of problems
Rapier added 2 major updates ago. Still barely works. DH often do no damage.
I want them to be good. But they are never ever in a good state when new. It takes months or maybe even years of fighting tooth and nail to get basic issues fixed. Let alone big GIANT massive bugs.
HMS Vanguard was a good addition. Great ship, lots of fun… So long as you dont encounter a Soyuz… Because it will always one shot you and you cant even scratch its paint. An amazing update ruined by the addition of a soviet paper super ship.
And some of the biggest things I complain about is things like ASB. Gamemode less than nation.
No new map in 3 years. Falklands could have been it… but nope. it was shrunk by 50% and added as ARB only and we’ve had no new ASB content, like objectives even longer than that and they’ve just removed the only last remaining fun aspect of ASB… Carrier OPs… why? No one knows. it was a change that didnt even get a patch note.

They’re profitable but everything takes time? You don’t make five bazillion over a night after you add tech tree that gaijin would on 99% implement only with copy paste vehicles.

Hey. For the same reason we have the Typhoon variants we have. In order to have them all in relative parity and in keeping with the features of other nations top tiers (HMD etc). This narrowed down the initial variants that would come to specific versions. Rather than just the earliest possible.

I wonder if/when we get arms, how they’ll be restricted… Because there’s simply no way to add them to even most of the things that carried them irl without being ridiculously unfair (A-4E, Su-17M4, MiG-27M/K, early AH-1s, Bucc S.2B, etc etc etc)
Kinda just guessing that it’ll be a top tier only thing but who knows…
Also saying this meanwhile Poland is one of the biggest nations in Europe and both Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia having extended military history is wild. We have China in game that is just entirely copy paste, why not nations that are not made up of copy paste?

Algeria would have been filled with russian vehicles, the tree would’ve made no sense.
I’ll concede the Netherlands does not make much more sense though.

Its radar was virtually unusable until a few weeks ago. Just because you can make a buggy mess work. Doesnt mean it isnt a buggy mess.
And we are still waiting on critical issues to be fixed like the cockpit and misisng A2G loadout options.
They might “suggestions” doesnt mean they dont have multiple extremely major issues that havent been even looked at yet.
Like the fact the Harrier is one of the hottest aircraft in game and defending against IR threats can be literally impossible.
Look at Hunter F6 and its SRAAMs. They are still buggy and underperforming messes which in no way warrant it being 9.7 at this moment in time.
