Air Spawns were something mentioned in quite a fair bit of feedback. Both from players and from CCs directly as something positive in their own feedback.

it will just hit mach 4.5 directly after the launch and then instantly slow down to mach 2
Unfortuntunately these feedbacks must not have been popularized or put to a vote because I and many others would have spoken up about it beforehand if that was the case. A loud minority shouldn’t dictate the game, especially when these voices are largely ignored by the majority of the players because they suspect nothing will come of it.

Sadly not every element of feedback can be put to voting. Thats simply not a practical method for each item.

i was making a reference to the IRIS-T SLM
which ingame only hits mach 3 shortly after the launch and then slows down significantly
can’t really be said for certain, but it would maintain mach 4.5, i’d assume. Does not seem to slow down much after the booster detaches tbh

Try downloading it again. I originally missed a file that was needed for it in the zip file. It should be good to go now. There should be 2 blk files in the zip folder.
I’d assume that for the Aster 30 after the booster detaches the dart chooses when to ignite the thruster in order to get the best range
