Honestly, this is kinda impressive. Nuke siren rings on and people scramble to the air to intercept it by any means necessary
But yeah, new carriers would be needed. A cruise missile of sorts perhaps? Doesnt fix the issue of lack of defense, but potentially faster and you need to slamdunk into the ground instead of carry and release
Probably an F-15E since it has countermeasures and is decently fast
Then it runs to the issues of
- Can it carry the nuclear payload (assume it can)
- How far it should be (so the defenders still had a chance at preventing the nuke)
- The alternative for red team
- Yes it can
- Airfield could be moved back if necessary
- Not familiar with Russian/Chinese gravity bomb jets
