well, it’s not a precisely term, as I remember, Starstreak’s darts fly with a radius of about 1.5 metres, it’s not so strange it will just pass through a recon drone

Well, unless they allow duplicates, the only options are Normandie and Francesco Caracciolo. Maybe Lyon if they were to allow plans, but that opens up a very big can of borscht.
Francesco seems like she’ll be alright, but I think Normandie will suffer a little. And either way the two ships are going to be handicapped by default for being WW1 designs.
Caracciolo would be too weak for rank VI, it’s on the same level as da Vinci.

Francesco Caracciolo has thicker armor, larger albeit fewer main guns, slightly higher top speed, and more secondary guns than every other Italian battleship barring Littorio.
Of the two its Normandie that you should be worried about.
Still I don’t think 6.7 ship would be even considered to be a rank VI premium, although maybe it wouldn’t be the worst choice, since it would have a much better MM even compared to Cesare.

It has HE filler already. Thats different to an APHE type explosive effect, as Starstreak doesnt have a sufficient amount per dart for the sort of large APHE explosions I believe are being implied here. Once again, unless there is new information not already reported.
Again it already has explosive filler. The question was on an “APHE effect”.
But these types of videos dont really offer much in general however.
My mistake, I was operating on outdated information. The “APHE effect” as shown by others in this thread is now present and produces an excellent amount of fragmentation.

The inability to engage recon drones is more impactful, as they represent SL/RP loss for the player.
Its my misunderstanding too. I assumed you were expecting some sort of APHE effect akin to standard APHE shells. Hence the confusion.
Being kinetic, startstreak wont have that sadly. But it does still have its HE filler effect (all be it greatly smaller than standard APHE).

I wish someday Abrams will get real lfp armor and why gaijin can destroy something what works for example sound because before sound works great now is flat sounds and is so terrible.
That having been said. Adding an ultra short range prox fuse affect (Im thinking like sub 20-30cm) may assist in eliminating the remaining phasing issues when on high ping and make hitting recon drones possible.
Will GBU-39 get its accuracy fixed?
If there is a report up with sufficient evidence to show something is wrong with them, then its possible. Other than that, chanages are not currently planned after the most recent round of adjustments.
already. the 10m cep no longer exist, now JDAM and GBU-39 has a 5m cep in code while the others 7m

Sources indicate GBU-39 should be more like 1m CEP
