That’s identical to all the 106mm HESH, though at over 150m/s slower velocity
Per the older ammunition manufacturer would be about 80mm of pen
Though their site is down now bleh.
Probably 152mm, possibly 177mm. Given that RRs appear to get the full theoretical penetration, where as “regular” HESH gets the 90% pK estimates.
I have seen a 400mm figure floating around on the internet, but I have might doubts about that to be completely honest, given the shell is lighter than Chieftain and the 90% penetration for L31 is 152mm. Etc etc. Though, keep in mind Gaijin doesn’t model angling effecting HESH perfomance, iirc HESH should reach peak penetration at 40 degrees, sloping off as the angle gets shallower or steeper
Nah, 6.7 is the same BR as the type 60 (C) and Fiat 6614. Trading gun depression (-4.5 degrees ouch) for 8 extra rounds. 10 seconds aced is standard for RRs
Yeah but those have relatively average to limited mobility, the 6614 is pretty decent at getting around tbf to it but is still limited on rough terrain and takes a bit of time to get going.
This will have what, 28hp/t and 60kmh speed i think (not sure if its modules are added properly looking at the number)? The type 60 is ~18hp/t iirc and also technically open topped.
Though I do wonder what kind of turret traverse the 141-1 has, if its limited to frontal only too it will limit its potential but if it has 360 traverse, deffo see it going up to 7.0/3 at some point. I would compare it more to the R3 T106
Once again, the reasons for its removal have been explained multiple times now.
The Flakpanzer 341 or “Coelian” as it originally was is a German SPAAG design based on the Panther chassis. Previously it occupied the Rank V spot before switching places with the more advantageous and deadly Kugelblitz in game and has since been the Rank IV German SPAAG. Whilst the vehicle was fully designed and proposed, due to the wartime situation no full prototype or production model was ever created. Only a full scale wooden mockup of the weaponry and turret, mounted on a full metal Panther chassis was ever made of this machine. In 1.91, the Ostwind II will take its position in the research tree and the Flakpanzer 341 will become a collectable vehicle as it was never fully completed project and other late war SPAAGs already offered superior alternatives to this machine.
Eh, as I said, it’s trading depression for mobility, and with a 8.5 degrees a second horizontal traverse it’s going to need it lmao, that’s actually worse than the Fiat 6614 (10 d/s).
mm The thing is the R3 T106 is where it is cause it can fire completely from behind cover, the 141 won’t be blessed with that ability.
A report is welcome if you have something to report on it. So far today this topic is becoming German SPAA discussion, which it is very much not. We have already answered why they were included in the game: Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion - #2191
Every time I have answered to close a discussion, someone just carries it on. The off topic will not be continued here.
OK, fair enough.
Even IF I make a report though, nothing will happen, as things go. Don’t worry, I got the suttle “go to hell” message you left there ))))
I won’t bother you any further, it’s worthless.
What I have asked, repeatedly is that this topic be please kept on subject matter. Every time I answer someone with something, someone else takes it as a signal to carry on with a “what about” or “actually X”. So it will not carry on.
The discussion was off topic long ago and it will not be encouraged on further here.
