I always wondered how exactly you guys go through it all, if its a “one and done” or a “keep reading through and check if anything gets popular or was missed that could work”. Nice to see a bit of info ^^
Now I just hope that my upd00ted Strikemaster suggestion in there goes though this time (I may or may not suggest it every time xD)
Yeah, Thai 1 for Japan (iirc it has a LRF right) and also a UK/export version IDK, Oman or something which has a LRF (I am pretty sure it got 1, or some did in order to support the MBTs) would be peak funi artillery moment on bigger maps seeing Scorpions just plinking away at each other from 2km and counting to 10 seconds or something xD.
@Smin1080p_WT , a somewhat different question, one you may not have an answer to and that’s OK:
What is the perspective on the development team on the balance of Coastal vessels? I know a lot of players aren’t satisfied with their performance versus Bluewater vessels of similar BR or the economics of researching them. Is this something that is being evaluated and considered for changing?
I don’t actually whether it had a LRF or not, but Thailand modified theirs with SELEX Galileo STAWS; now Type 21s (FV101s) have Thermal sights, but also an engine upgrade.
TBF idk if we even need LRFs, I recon a 5.0 BR would be more than fair for LRF less scorp, not alot has more than 80mm front plates (e.g. 80mm pen hesh should ufp a T-34), and only really the ISs and Tigers have more than 80mm sides.
With a wee reload buff (6 rpm is the official figure) and some extra fragmentation she’ll be dandy
Yes, I was joking. I’ve said before the whole passed for consideration thing is just stupid, gets some people’s hopes up for no reason. I wish they’d use it as a hint of what we could expect in future updates.
it’s not a difficult thing, can be done easily, actually tandem warhead is already modeled as 2 warheads, same for FEP’s damage model should be changed from HEAT to AP
it’s just like any other small bugs or problems, ignored until someday suddenly done.
