I really enjoyed the SAM Event. Hopefully, they build on this mechanic further and integrate it into a dynamic map—one that shifts as you defeat the enemy, expanding borders while impacting key infrastructure.
Imagine cutting off supply lines, disabling bridges, and targeting oil depots, all of which could be strategically defended by SAMs and early warning radar systems.
On top of that they could redo the Airfield Mechanic that they have in Air EC and also incorporate that into the new Map Design format
Yeah to be honest the F-2A is long overdue, that and Actual Brimstones F&F function needs to come to the game, too much emphisis on Russian Weaponry working as intended and other nations left behind!
Feels like the AI, just skims over discussions and articles, without looking into them with much detail
Guess we dont have to worry about AI turning into Skynet anytime soon and taking over the world, like pinky and the brain haha
Sure, you can hand-wave all leak lists away like that, plenty of people do, fair enough.
However, to think that a list from someone who was right previously thus is known to be a reliable source can be equal to a list from a random person is laughable in my eyes, no offense.
Can a list like that guess correctly? Sure it can, just like anybody can, that doesn’t make it inherently trustable. A good enough track record does.
More to the point, I seem to remember either this, or perhaps another fake leak with the JAS 39E on it circulating from the previous update.
I said what I said, because of a few peculiarities, like specifically calling the Comanche YAH-56A, or not using JDS in front of the Yūbetsu and writing out the DD-228 (even though it butchered it), or calling the Rapier by its launcher vehicle, or specifying the Sabra variant. All of which points to my style.
No offense taken—I have way more faith in you and Olivia than some random Discord screenshot. You’re always on point, and honestly, it’s just more fun when you or Olivia share something it makes things more exciting!
I noticed that today’s updated mobile game battleship Nagato is exactly the same as the PCs Mutsu, and has not been modernized. This is too bad… does it mean they don’t plan to add modified Nagato?
Are you planning to do another riddle leak like before for the next update? Those were really fun and a bit more engaging than just dropping the list in full.
Considering how as far as I know WT and WTM use the same models, the latter just uses a lower LOD and hides certain parts of the model, as @Motherhen357-psn often points them out in his posts, that’s unlikely.
What would such a modernisation entail? Just more turrets, or would it also include more in depth structural changes?
On that note i hope that Aces of Thunder, dont have anything in the background as FOMO content, and they incoporate the improvements in VR into War Thunder.
Or do you think AoT is the New War Thunder 2.0 ???
The difference is very big. For example, adding almost indestructible armor, enhancing torpedo protection, and more AA guns. It also obtained new Type91 shells. Modern modifications have almost turned it into a new ship.
Extensive enhancement in survivability. Additional armor on turret front, barbette, hull deck, bow bulkhead, front turtleback, rear magazine part. AA guns also enhanced with 8 5’’ guns and multiple(depends on which version) of autocannons.
Also addition of hydroplane.
In personal opinion, Mutsu should be come as 1943 version, just left Amagi and Tosa as pre-refit 16’’ battleship. Mutsu in 1920s configuraion took off big potential of Japanese bluewater lineup.
