They could make it longer and fix this problem by just having you get your rewards right after you leave and you get the extra from winning or losing after the game ends.
They just need to add a ground only game mode and implement aircraft as they are supposed to be (balancing based on other aircraft, not ground vehicles). If people who play tanks don’t like that an aircraft is dominating ground, fine, go move to only ground.
I couldn’t care if the updates are air focused either(update name and showcased content), but in the future I would still like to see more things done with ground. I would also like to see them add content for each nation every update regardless of what the update is focused on, with an extra emphasis on that the only new content they receive isn’t locked behind a pay wall (looking at you Japan and Israel).

I wish they added a sim sortie gamemode with times same as or slightly longer than ARB match, so you could get rewards faster and not need a bunch of time to play a match to the end

The issue is how the reward mulipliers are applied.
You do get some reward upon leaving immedaitely, but the bulk comes from the end game multipliers and that includes the win/lose reward

That largely just sounds like ARB rather than an RB EC gamemode.
Idk then I wouldn’t mind 4-6 hour sim games or a system like arma where your ground targets have to hold 7 out of the 10 points or smth.
Yeah I guess, but more objective focus. Immersion and increased difficulty of sim in a timeframe more accessible to the average player, with increased rewards and fewer players. Maybe 8v8 on a ARB size map, or asymmetric if there is an intense attack/defend style gameplay
A dedicated attacker vs defender gamemode could work, but I just dont see anyway of making an engaging symmertrical PvPvE gamemode with short match times.
But if RB EC was largely the same as ASB then it would allow players to simply drop into and out of matches at will and you get rewarded for the actions you took within that match. If that means you only have time for 20 minutes then so be it, but if you can remain for 2 hours you get the reward for playing for 2 hours.

It could always just be 2-3 different main objectives that each team has to do, in one or 2 flights, which is why I called it sim sorties.
