If this isn’t enough to add the Aim-120 to the F-14D, then it’s simply the Devs refusing to respect history.
Even if they don’t fix the Phoenixes, the F-14D would still be at a higher BR than the F-14B, which already is 13.0, so a F-14D would be top tier unless they add 14.7 stuff
Yeah I’ve seen all of this, problem is the only Tomcat which fired the Aim-120 is an F-14A.
But to me it’s clearly enough, I mean the F-14D could fire an AMRAAM, it’s just that it never got the opportunity to do so.
If only they hadn’t terminated Aim-120 integration in favour of the F/A-18E…
I don’t know if you know, but even though it was an F-14A shell, the radar was the AN/APG-71. It was effectively an F-14D firing the missile.
Indeed it was essentialy a Super Tomcat. But I still have my doubts in Gaijin. They should very clearly add the Aim-120 to the F-14D, but seeing how some other Top tier fighters got implemented i really don’t know.
My biggest fear is that the lack of F-14D right now means they want to add it as a premium, when the premium here should be the F-14A (late).
I hope it gets added soon I really want the Speed and Angels Tomcat ;(

That’s true but as we have seen before Gaijin will adds things to aircraft on the basis of being planned and almost completed, AMRAAM’s on the F-14D had most certainly gotten further along than most of these so personally I believe it should get them.

Specifically this book is the 105XT which should be what the ÖE is but the devs fight it so often so goodluck with any bug reports.
It does appear that they are different versions, so it makes sense for them to fight the reports. The G and Ö are derived from the XT, choosing different packages.
Yeah, unfortunately i dont have any exact books for the G model in game, the XT is pretty much never going to be added considering its armament with Mavericks and 4x RB24J, no flares and abhorrent handling compared to irl.

BVV_d was asked if MiG-25 is planned and said yes, it’s planned, but it’s a very specific aircraft, that’s why he thought it’s place should be kinda specific and maybe they would introduce it as an event plane.

From what we know, there are a few vehicles confirmed for this year: mitsubishi F-2, badger IFV and MN Richeilieu. Beyond that will be your own guesses. J-10B? Sure. F-16I? Maybe. T-80BVM Obr.23? Nyehhh maybe. Researchable UCAVs? Not possible but perhaps.
If they don’t add researchable UAV, I hope they at least add MQ-1C, MQ-9, and MQ-20 to replace MQ-1 at top tier
