This wasn’t all UK NF Meteors, but a single modified test airframe with the equipment needed. It’s also in question if it even had cannons.
So it would more be a one off novelty than a practical plane.
We already have a better Fireflash carrier in the Swift F.7 in game. As already mentioned, we haven’t ruled out a UK NF Meteor entirely, it’s just not in any immediate plans or of any priority.

No. It was armed, had radar and so on, however it is not known if it could carry flares or chaff (ECM was available).
I did have a Lavi brochure somewhere, but honestly I have no idea where it is
