There is a difference between a vehicle having a fighting chance when operated even by a mediocre player and a vehicle literally being dead weight.

It is not only more survivable than bombers at its BR but has better defensive armaments while carrying a much larger payload and having significantly climbrate allowing it to simply avoid fighters

More like every bomber, every vehicle that uses solid shots, APDS, any of the half-working missiles, etc(and 90% of everything in game).

And it’s easier to have fun in an at least somewhat capable vehicle than in what is pretty much just a driving target practice.
And I’m willing to be generous when it comes to what I consider capable. The M2A2 for example is at least somewhat fun.

You can just not play it if you don’t find it enjoyable, nobody is forcing you to do it
Not all vehicles are for everyone, there’s vehicles not even I enjoy playing
But I’m not going to protest against others having fun in the game
Even if they want to bring a bad vehicle to a higher BR, as long as they don’t teamkill me or my teammates I don’t have any issues with it (Unless it’s like a full 4 man squad)
The vast majority of the time they won’t be any less useful than your average teammate

I’m collecting all the ww1 vehicles because their models look cool, but fuck no I would never even put them in a lineup, let alone take them into battle.
I will however take out my ace crew M8 LAC (US) from time to time to have some fun sealclubbing ww1 tanks though.

It faces weapons that completely eradicate it in every mode.
Your climb rate doesn’t matter in ground battles and naval battles because you are such a huge target, even at a large distance.
In air battles the only thing your climb rate does for you is making people not want to engage with you while the only thing you can do to win is bomb (if you ever get to the bases, that is) and most likely your bombs wouldn’t be enough to destroy the airfield (again, if you can even get there).
At least for ground, half the time they’ll be more useful than the guys in MBTs(their 1DLs, as they bought the $100 ones) as they might do some things and respwan.
