I believe i have thought of a way to balance it but due to the fact the evidence is still classified to prove the years of some stuff I cannot make a report or suggestion
The JA37 Countermeasures are classified (the detailed manual) so my idea of a base JA37 replacing the JA37C and essentially moving each one down a name

The JA37C, as it would be called with this, has an upgraded Skyflash and 9Li to account for being 12.3 or 12.7 but the rest become balanced or remain the same
Another option is to Add a separate JA37D with RB74 (Li) and RB71B and keep the Di as is
This would also be more historical

I hope italy gets the Littorio, they’ve only got 1 BB that’s around WW2 standard.

And even that the littorio is known for poor accuracy. Plus the pugleisei system isnt properly modelled referring to cavour or novossyrisk.

At least Italy gets arguably the best capital ship camouflages in the game. France has the worst by far.
Cause style points are all that matter obviously.

I am curious when we will get proper missile ships in WT
Command-LOS and IR homing antiair types could probably come at any time, since they’re both already ingame. The more advanced types like ARH seem more likely to be after they finish adding battleships this year.

It’s 50/50. If de-capping plate works then its one of the best possible armoured ships. If it doesn’t then it goes to being one of the worst. Not significantly better (arguably worse) than the KGV with 1 less gun but more penetration albeit a worse internal layout. Guns would basically make it as good as a Colorado or Mutsu or Rodney, roughly their equivalent.
So TL;DR good addition now if de-capping plate doesn’t work. OP if de-capping plate does work.
Really Italy should get the Guilio Cesare present in Russian tree, i get not having the same ship in two refits in the same tree, but no reason for that to be the case if they are in different trees, also its an Italian ship, if Russia doesn’t have alternatives its a Russia problem, not an Italy problem until you steal an Italian ship from the Italians.
