Oh I’m not stating that as fact, I was inquiring lol. Could have worded that comment better.
I just recall there being lots of hype / talk about 625E before the previous major because it had a missile asset in the files - but I’m not sure if that missile was exclusive the E or not

and actually, 625 system is modular.
25mm PLA version also compatible FB-10A, which has longer barrel than 30mm version(usually called 625E)
I just checked the github, 10 was datamined, but was removed. 10A is in MWT tho

Main problem is that the Swedish only seem to use the SLS version, which is why I fear Gaijin adding new SPAA with big gaps in capabilities between nations.
Like the RBS 98 seems like a sidegrade at best to the ItO.
EDIT: then again I could see Gaijin pulling a “if it can fire SLS it can theoretically fire SLM, so we give the SLM version to Sweden” or something if that is even possible. They do like to handhold top tier Sweden ground afterall.

the difference is too big, it’s possible to nerf FB-10A to FB-10 “for balance”, but SLS to SLM is unlikely

This one uses LOAL, the cap provides a drag reduction and the missile is guided via DL GPS
it then uses the IR seeker to intercept the target.
I think the FB-10A is fine as it is, it is pretty close to the Pantsir in terms of range. We don’t need more 12km range CAS fodder, we need SPAA at top tier with actual range.

Are those Derbys? That could be an interesting SAM and the missiles are in game. Although range will be the same 8-15km of Pantsir so wont stop CAS.

However I do agree, it can’t really be buffed without moving to at least 13.7.

R-27ER/R-73 and the base model R-77 is also very good at the ranges in ground battles.
Su-34 is not a jet that needs a hand. Su-34M will also have EW/ECM to make it even better
I dont see the need to add whole need jets just to finally give Su-34 it Khibini ECM pods (especially since it visual model still bugs-out with them equipped in the hanger)
That’s for Gaijin to decide.
Su-34M with ECM pods, better thermals, R-74 and some new ground attack weapons and additional hard points players will grind for it.
Then we could see a Su-32 as a premium/event vehicle.
In air RB it is basically useless. The radar just lets you see everything you can’t hit and everything that will hit you.
Ground rb, not sure how Gaijin will fix the issue of strike aircraft. Strike aircraft with good flight performance have a much more stable place in the meta than those which rely on their kit.
You could put the Su-34 at 40.7 and it wouldn’t change that it shoots the same targets and is attacked by the same SPAA, so not sure what Gaijin will do to fix it.
