If they gets AIM-9Ms, would be fun to play in sim.
They are probably western missile capable, otherwise they have PL-5EIIs which are good enough, other claims include magic II. On the other hand if gaijin is planning a new premium aircraft for China its more likely to be CAS oriented, a 70 dollars option to skip the grind and play top tier GRB with a top tier CAS. Not that I support this decision.
However the JH-7A is barely a good CAS, only not the worst because Japan, Sweden and Germany does not have a proper top tier strike plane.

There never was an Israeli “Starter Pack” as other nations have as they don’t have low ranks. Even before we had starter packs, nations existed without them and people researched them.
A new player also cannot begin research Israel, as its required to progress in other nations first before it unlocks.

I was referring to the M-51 and the Spitfire since they came via CBT and were the first premiums in the tree, I classed them as starters.

They were not starters. They were just Rank IV premiums like most trees have had. CBT premiums come and go. Sometimes they can return.

Eh, it’s only recently gone out of service, maybe? It was supposed to be kept in the 2021 defence review, but that’s where the details just vanish.
In UK service Spike is known as Exactor, and launchers came in two forms,

I would pay for F-14A(2004) even if they comes as squadron/premium because those were flyable Tomcat I had seen in real life. They were VF-154 Black Knights, and I still remember the distinctive TF-30s sound.
Too bad I couldn’t see VF-21 Freelancers before they gets disestablished in 1996.
The word “闘魂” on the TCS section means “Fighting Spirits” in Japanese. It would have been cool to see these tomcats.

Personally I’d like the FV103 with Javs more, but that’s just my love of CVRTs and distain for the M113 showing.
