The Harrier has a very cold engine too iirc… Overall devs have a lot of mechanics to implement or improve for gen 5 to come. That’s not what I was refering to tho, was talking about the planes that gotta come first (f2a, f16 block 70, f15ex, fa18e, su35s, su30sm2, mig35, late typhoon, rafale f4, j16, j10b or c, gripen e, and others I probably forgot)

I mean if they add in F-22A with AIM-9M and AIM-120B it could come next update. 2 heats 4 ARH. It’s only with 9X and 120C where things occur. Regular C just has clipped wings over the A and B which lowers the G overload but allows the F-22 to carry 6 of them. Good trade off in my opinion.

I know the F-22A early isn’t gonna be too big of a deal but the problem is beyond the plane itself, once the F22A early itself comes the community will lose its mind (if it had any left) and ask for things that the game is NOT ready for (f35, su57, j20…)
They really gotta take their time progressing in the timeline because once you start a gen you’re kinda forced to complete it
The game is ready for Su-57. The only stealth aircraft visible by radar. The one so good not even the F-22 could destroy a squadron of them. The one that they had to destroy on the ground instead of in the air because it was so good.
Doesn’t matter, adding the su57 before the su35s would make no sense at all. And don’t say that here, you’ll get flagged by russian mains XD
Also the su57 isn’t that bad, maybe not a great gen 5 but a good gen 4.5 at least
I feel its more likely gaijin will work on ECM for older aircaft as a testbed for 4.5 and 5th gen EW kits, more evehicles have access to EW than stealth so it wouldn’t suprise me to see EW get worked on before we see more stealth aicraft.

Honestly i feel 3rd gen EW aircraft would be nice to see considering there are quite a few unique aircraft. I really want the MGBT since its a Frankenstein Mig. Realistically i feel 3rd gen has the potential to not throw the balance as mich as top tier but whos to say depending on how its implemented.

Considering how they nerfed the brimstones by completely removing capabilities from it for balance, I doubt ew will cause any issue
As ive stated before Brimstones make no sense. We already have missiles that are fake because gaijin gave them AGM65 seekers.
Brimstones should’ve been given the AGM65G seeker and limited their carry capacity to the same as the max number of Mavericks on vehicles.

Depends on how they implement the stealth. Even without HMD and such if its got the same stealth value as the F117 then id say it would be fine. Realistically i don’t see gaijin making it similar to the F117, lol even the F5E has a colder afterburning engine than the stealth design to reduce thermal signature of the F117.
US should’ve just made stealth F-5’s

The real game is guessing which of these turn up next major.
Honestly sad the event includes no ARH or EW.
I like the lack or markers for enemies, makes it so planes can actually hide.
