and?
They even updated it from “posted march 31st” to “posted April 1st”
Good luck suing a hungarian company over south american laws…
Right, but Gaijin is based in Hungary, the only rules they likely have to worry about is EU laws. Its like expecting people in the UK to only drink at 21 because the minimum legal age in the US is 21. Not how laws work
They didn’t update it, it always said that it was posted April 1st
Watch some Americans come over to Europe and sue the barkeepers for serving them beer at the age of 18
Haha, my sister had to be careful when she went to the states when she was 19. Because she was just use to drinking when she went out with friends :D
according to international laws a goverment from another country could summit a lawsuit to a foreign company for deceiving a certain group of the population of that country.
Ok, go sue Gaijin then
I seriously doubt in this regard its anywhere near servere enough.
Like it would have to be on the scale of EU sueing apple over their monolopy practices for example.
in the case of wanting to sue gaijin it would be my country and the goverment of my country who would do that haha
I’m not sure about the legal stuff, but I wouldn’t discount the validity of the Reddit post just yet. There must be a reason it’s being deleted everywhere it’s posted.
That lawsuit is still subject of eu laws not xyz’scountries laws…
bro the bloody europe is not the center of the world mate just saying.
Ah yes sue a multi million dollar company surely that will go well
The user that posted the screenshot of the email deleted his own post
yes mate but you have international laws too not only the laws from your country.
Which international law? Just because something is illegal in some country you cant inforce it in another’countries, even inside of europe this still helds, the only thing that would matter for international law would be a specific singned treaty by hungary about false advertisment.
Stop yapping then
True, but I refer to this comment:
If they speak the truth, then it is suspicious.
