I honestly feel you aren’t being serious. But part of me still can’t tell.
tbh I like the idea of infantry, mainly because it will give more roles and life to IFVs and tanks in general, allowing you to deploy troops, cover them, or demolish fortified positions like buildings, even use the artillery we already have in game, there’s plenty of possibilities (in a separate game mode ofc)

Yeah it was a fun temporary gamemode, but even if Gaijin had plans for it as a seperate game I don’t think it would have performed well.
Regarding the infantry though, I think Gaijin enjoys the benefits of the PEGI 12 rating way too much for them to change that by adding infantry.
I think the only way we see infantry is in yet another seperate game.

If we’re talking WW1 guns, can’t forget a favourite of snipers(the common troop hated it for its issues)

Same thinking pattern all the MBT naysayer had, look at War Thunder now! If War Thunders past is anything to go off…it’s looking more and more like the crazies are gonna be right AGAIN :D

So we are at the Second Infantry event and you 100% think Infantry could NEVER come to War Thunder…the Mobile Infantry event is looking more like it was not just a test of Spikes! Subs also had two test, the Modern one and the WW2 one.
