How long has it been since the last step forward in F-16 family? I think F-16E/V and F-2 could easily be stars of next update

It was leaked for last patch, so I would say it is. Besides the F/A-18E Block I would be a sidegrade
I hope they don’t add the block 1. Imo, worthless addition, slightly better a2g for even worse a2a performance

I agree it would be literally useless. I really hope for a Block II. Plus if America gets the Super Hornet other nations would be able to get the legacy one, it’s usually how it works

Indeed, clearly the next update will give everyone who missed one this update one, and upgraded ones for the nations that did.
Well other nations’ mains have been asking for the Hornet, if we get a Super Hornet I’m not really agaisnt it tbf. But you’re right it would be better for them to get domestic designs I don’t really get the need for them to get a Hornet.
The F/A-18E Super Hornet is the next step for US air, I’m not sure they will add the F-16E/V, at least not for the US air tree afaik they’re not in service in the USAF, it’s just that F-16Cs are being upgraded.
Add to that they don’t usually add sub-variants and sadly there isn’t that much chance…

I mean they added the IRIAF. F-16E and V are pretty distinct F-16’s too
Yeah but my problem here is that they skipped every F-16 variant from the F-16A Block 10/15 to the F-16C Block 50
Maybe they’ll go and add a block 30 as well, that would be nice

Well Britain got a unique place here depending how the devs look at it, yes we will get another Typhoon but we could get an Indian Su-30/Rafale or a Commonwealth Hornet either way.
I hope it’s the Hornet(as they said they’re looking at Hornets for other nations), but this is Gaijin, they’ll more likely C&P Soviet stuff, then Western from nations that make sense.
