And If order is not changed, May, which used to be Legend of Victory event, is for naval event. And Oktabryskaya Revolutsiya is defnitely the one of Legend on Great Patriotic War.
Actually the game isn’t only about top tier, It would be nice if Italy, for example, in the same way received at least one prop from their large interwar/WW2 pool or one of their advanced trainers/light attackers each update.
Plus talking about high tiers there are still options from Italy (F-16ADF rework, giving it its historical AIM-120, F-104S.ASA-M with AIM-9L/I-1) and Romania, which is also said to be placed in the Italian TT (MiG-21 LanceR A/C, MiG-29 Sniper, F-16AM). Later we can also see stuff like M-346FT/FA, F-35A/B, Hungarian MS.20 Gripen, Tornado IT-ECR, more Eurofighter variants, so there are enough options.

Yeah the US can do an update or 2 without a new top tier aircraft.
They coild do with a new high/top tier ground vehicle though. Last time they got one was either march 2024 or december 2023 depending on your definition of high tier (excluding premiums).
