Personal weapons? If i can pen the side with 7.62 i doubt that claim against personal weapons. Again only kinda proves my original point about the 2MD being DOA especially if the add on weight helps enemy rounds pen you rather than bounce. So we have a less armored, heavier light tank with no way to defend itself from most tanks from the front because thermals might have been useful? Yeah again wasted resources with this thing imo. Oh well, ill be reading through some finnish docs when they get here, sucks my Fin is horrible, though probably better than my swedish lmao. (Suggestion for all my nordic brothers to just speak Danish. Would make life much easier lmao)
I’ve heard this thing could track air tagets but im unsure, ill need to see if any of the docs i have mention it but nothing i read mentioned it.

No but it’s like F-117 with stealth, it is only good for the one specific role which makes it a good entry point for that tech vs a multirole like the gr4 or f15E/I which can both bring EW stuff
that isnt really a reason for the US to get it first, it would be far easier and better to add it to existing airfames

Got the 15E this morning, got all the upgrades for it. Gaijin needed to make maps bigger before the 15E…but this is INSANE how powerful the 229s are! I can’t see how we don’t get some powerful stuff come Christmas time for other nations to balance this out. I can just sustain Mach 2 at 8000 meters and run away from missiles XD

Yeah gaijin not adding a Top tier US jet is about as likely as Gaijin decompressing air and letting someone other than the US be dominant for more than a single patch.

Hey i mean the US mains will probably cry loud enough for the F22 to be added within 2 years so anything is possible.
Honestly if things go well enough we could potentially see stuff like the F-22 in roughly 3-4 years or so. Maybe sooner given Gaijin’s tendency to rush things and fix it later.

Not even, it was more so a joke that the US can scream enough on the forums to get whatever aircraft they want. I wouldn’t be suprsied that when we get the first gen EFT’s the US will probably get F22 because of “balance” kinda like how they needed the F15E. I mean im all for nations getting their vehicles but id rather not have every nation play catch up to the US when this is a game if you know what i mean. (Inb4 this gets flagged)

Which is also why I think the typhoon’s are delayed I mean even if the US got the F/A-18 at the same time they like you said they will just kick off.
Eh, i feel the EFT and F18 could be added at the same time given that gaijin nerfs the EFT to match the F18. That also depends on if gaijin simplifies the EFT’s like the gripen thus the only difference in EFT being payload options maybe.

Eh idk if the US would be exclusive in getting the Hornets first. I feel its more likely F18A would be skipped or added as a prem alongside the C models
Gaijin might add an F/A-18 alongside the EFT. Most likely in December they will add the C Legacy Hornet and then later on maybe in the June update we could get the E Super Hornet alongside the EFT’s.
Going off of the leaks that they will be skipping the F/A-18A and going straight to the C and that the EFT is delayed until 2025 I think this is most likely. Also given that Gaijin usually adds a second version of the US aircraft that was added in the December update in the June update it’s more than likely we see the Super Hornet and EFT in June
