Sure Germany could have it, but it’s no better than the PUMA. And that tank is already so bugged.
Like getting ammo racked in the Puma will cause you to lose both tracks and every electrical module
Sadly not the same case as the OSA. Germany didn’t use the Hungarian spesific variant that was added to the game. The Osas that came were the same as the Indian one.

As long as they release the teaser this week they won’t be under time pressure to release the update before Christmas. Or they release it next week and have a very short dev server but then the update will be more buggy then they normally are
So if Britain gets the Osa because they ask, why didn’t Germany get the Strela-10 when we asked?

Where it’s possible to take requests into account for a given major, we will do.
In the case of the Indian Osa, as we explained there was already an Indian skin made in preparation for later. Coupled with player requests, it was therefore possible to slide it into the schedule neatly in the same major update.
That isn’t always possible if a brand new skin is needed or there is some slight mofircations needed on the model. In such cases, vehciles may be included in future plans.
