The Rafale C F2.1 is the single-seater version destinated to operate from ground bases it was introduced in 2004 the original F1 variant just have air to air capabilities meanwhile the F2.1 a upgraded version of the F1 have a limited air to ground capabilities too.

With the merk mk2d removed from sale id guess thats the prem version replacing it.
It should be J-11B and J-10B together, that makes the most sense.
J-15A doesn’t exist as a designation.
J-12I isn’t too likely imo.
