It’s literally only 50 % score for a plane kill when I use my dedicated CAP in GRB which is outrageous.
No wonder people complain at CAS spam when there is no reward incentive to shoot down planes.
Yesterday I downed 9 planes with my Ta 152, which single handedly sent half the enemy team back to hangar due to lack of SP, only to be placed in the middle of the scoreboard waaay below people with only 3 tank kills. Not fair.

Which nationality would you deem unbiased?
Which nationality should be exclusively hired to avoid the bias that apparently stems sheerly from national origin?
No one saying any sort of bias here just that it’s annoying for us to see Russian tech in the dev stream for like 40 mins

You hire devs from all countries if possible not just 25 russian devs and 5 from any other nation
