Or. Possibly. Since the company operates out of Hungary and was founded in Russia, they have a lot of senior employees who are far more comfortable speaking in Russian than speaking in English.
Russian is a major Lingua Franca in certain parts of the globe, especially the parts of the globe that are notable for very cheap but skilled IT labour…

I didnt hear of any place that will employ you without knowing english and the people employed by them are specifically hired to speak in russian which is ok but it clearly shows bias
