Yeah RU devstream is in 12 hours (12:00 GMT) so hopefully thats a devstream and not a normal stream. the next EN one is listed as Monday at 13:30 GMT

That’s different. They don’t announce dev streams until about 4-5 hours beforehand.
south africa is a sub tree, not a tech tree

I am well aware they are better options but there were better options than Isreal too.
But for a tree that could start at rank 1, it is still in the top 10 (tho out of the threes that could be stand-alone nations I’d put it at 4)

i see, well i hope its tommorow (or today depending on timezones ect ect) but if not ig we will have to wait over the weekend.
Dev streams have for a long time been the day after the teaser, so there’s no reason to believe it won’t be today/tomorrow.
