Logically it would be at least 11.3 as they already are considering moving the F-5Es up to 11.0, but since this is gaijin we are talking about, it’s hella gonna be 11.0
It’s not even true either, lol. The majority of testing is done at missile testing ranges like White Sands with drone-ified former service planes (F-4 is/was a large one). Only “Arabs” US weapons accepted for service (after they were tested) were used on were the Iraqi airforce in 1991, such a sh*t take lmao.
